ARCP
Maintaining a logbook of ultrasound, procedures, SPA time and teaching days can be challenging to demonstrate for ARCP. We recommend use of a logbook to ensure that your review runs smoothly. Here is a blank template for your use to document your work. These can be uploaded as PDFs to your portfolio for review before ARCP.
SPA, Ultrasound & Procedures Logbook – Numbers edition

You will also be using the ARCP decision aid tool for progression or ARCP decision aid tool for annual review
